Application for Admission:
In order to apply for admission into the College, please complete the Application for Admission Form and submit it with the following documents:
Certified copies of your academic qualification(s) with a certified translated copy in English (if applicable).
1) – 2 photocopy of passport (all pages), (if scan, please make sure it is clear and in high resolution)
2) – A certified copy of evidence of your English language proficiency (if applicable)
3) – 10 passport size photographs (Blue background; size 35mm x 50mm, write your name at the back of each photograph)
4) – No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if you are from Sub-saharan African nation)
5) – Syllabus or course outline of your previous qualification(s) to claim for exemption (if applicable)
6) – Initial payment of RM3,000 (USD1,000) as Application & Registration Fee, Student Visa Processing Fee, Medical Insurance Fee and Medical Checkup Fee to be made payable by bank draft or telegraphic transfer to:
Once the deposit / transfer is made, you must fax the deposit or TT receipt to number: +603 – 5115 1198, attention to Credit Control Unit (CCU) with the following information for the College’s further action and records:
A – Student’s name
B – Course title
C – Payments details
Upon receiving the receipt and required information, and also after verifying payment has been credited into the College’s bank account, the College will send you an official receipt for the payment received.
Once the Admission Form has been received with complete documentation and payment, the letter of offer and payment receipt will be issued and sent to you within 1 week.
The main intakes are conducted in January, April and August of each year.
However, monthly intakes are also available on a unique roll-in arrangement. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or tel: +603 – 5115 1199 for further information. You may also contact our authorized agents for advice and guidance on the suitable intake to commence your program.
1) Student Pass:
All international students are required to apply for a Student Pass to study in Malaysia. It will usually take at least 4-6 weeks to obtain approval for a Student Pass. Hence, you are advised to submit your application 3 months prior to the commencement date of each intake. Upon submission of the completed Admission Form with the relevant documents and payment stipulated in the Admission Procedures section, the College will proceed to apply for your Student Pass from Malaysia.
2) Letter from Malaysian Immigration:
Upon approval of the Student Pass, College will send you an approval letter from the Malaysian Immigration Department. For immigration clearance, you will need to produce this approval letter upon arrival at the airport.
3) Visa Requirement (if applicable):
If the regulations in your country require you to obtain an Entry Visa before leaving the country, you will have to make such application at the nearest Malaysian Embassy/Consulate Office. Otherwise, you may proceed to Malaysia without a visa. However, a visa will be issued to you after you arrive in Malaysia.
4) Social/Tourist Pass
It is illegal to study in Malaysia under a social or tourist pass. Students are NOT ALLOWED to enter the country via any other pass other than the student visa. We are NOT ALLOWED to convert social or tourist pass into student visa.
Please notify the International Office at the College of your arrival at least 10 days before your departure date. The following information is required:
A – Date of arrival
B – Time of arrival
C – Flight number
Kindly note that the College will not be responsible to arrange for airport reception service, if the above mentioned form is not received in good order. The College charges an airport pick-up fee of RM300 (USD100) per student.
Course Fee Payment:
Please ensure the first payment of fee is made in full via telegraphic transfer (TT) or bank draft prior to your arrival. Once the transfer / deposit is made, you must fax or email the TT or deposit receipt to number +603 – 5115 1198 with the following information for the College’s further action and records:
A – Student’s name
B – Course title
C – Payment details
Kindly note that airport reception service will not be arranged in the event that the first payment of fee is not received in full.
Please produce the letter of approval from the Malaysian Immigration Department at the immigration checkpoint. An officer from the College will receive you at the airport’s immigration clearance point. Please look out for the officer who will be displaying a ‘Megatech International College’ placard. The officer will assist you in immigration clearance. Please take note that you will not be able to clear immigration without the presence of an officer from the College.
Transfer to Campus:
You will then be transported and checked into the hostel apartments within the campus.
All international students of are required to subscribe to medical insurance at a minimum cost of RM500 (USD167) per year.

Most of the unit has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a living hall, kitchen and washing area. Some unit has only 2 rooms and a bathroom with a living hall, kitchen and washing area.
Each room is furnished with air conditioner, bed(s), wardrobe(s), ceiling/wall fan, and also study tables and chairs. Wireless internet access is also available in each unit.
